Kate Gosselin hit the Emmys red carpet on Sunday night, showing that she has managed to keep her sleek “Dancing with the Stars” physique since being voted off the rigorous show in April — but how does she do it?
“I’ve been running,” Kate told Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush on the 62nd Primetime Emmy Awards red carpet. “Five, six miles everyday.”
“From whom?” Billy joked.
“Stress,” the mom of eight said. “Just… stress.”
The reality star was glowing in a black halterneck gown and her headline-making coif swept off her face in an elegant updo.
“Honestly, I can say this is the first time I’ve had an updo since I’ve had long hair,” she said. “It’s really exciting – I just sat in the chair and said ‘put it up.’”
As for Kate’s love life, fans shouldn’t expect to see a Jon replacement just yet. When asked if she’s dating anyone, the “Kate Plus 8” star replied, “No, not yet.”
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Kate will be part of the opening number at the Emmys, but she wouldn’t confirm whether her appearance will be taped or live.
“I can tell you that it’s one or the other, or maybe both,” she coyly smiled.
