Kate Gosselin arrives at the 2010 Emmy Awards at the Nokia Theatre on Sunday (August 29) in Los Angeles.
The 35-year-old mother of eight has two shows on TLC, Kate Plus Eight and Twist of Kate!

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Kate Gosselin hit the Emmys red carpet on Sunday night, showing that she has managed to keep her sleek “Dancing with the Stars” physique since being voted off the rigorous show in April — but how does she do it?
“I’ve been running,” Kate told Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush on the 62nd Primetime Emmy Awards red carpet. “Five, six miles everyday.”
“From whom?” Billy joked.
“Stress,” the mom of eight said. “Just… stress.”
The reality star was glowing in a black halterneck gown and her headline-making coif swept off her face in an elegant updo.
“Honestly, I can say this is the first time I’ve had an updo since I’ve had long hair,” she said. “It’s really exciting – I just sat in the chair and said ‘put it up.’”
As for Kate’s love life, fans shouldn’t expect to see a Jon replacement just yet. When asked if she’s dating anyone, the “Kate Plus 8” star replied, “No, not yet.”
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Kate will be part of the opening number at the Emmys, but she wouldn’t confirm whether her appearance will be taped or live.
“I can tell you that it’s one or the other, or maybe both,” she coyly smiled.

Kate Gosselin's School Send-Off
The "Kate Plus 8” babe looked cute and casual as she helped her eight kids catch a ride to their school.
This year, Kate’s twins Cara and Mady are entering the Third Grade, while her sextuplets are kindergarten bound.
And with her extra free time, Ms. Gosselin is said to be gearing up to help Jimmy Fallon with his Emmy Awards hosting duties, having spent 4 hours in a hair salon this week getting primped.

According to a paparazzo source on the scene, bodyguard Steve Neild drove the family van as the group pulled into the local Boscov's retail center for their bulk purchases.

The famous reality TV family stopped in a Stride Rite shoe store- which closed to the public in order for the “Kate Plus 8” crew to come in and film the entire school shoe outing.
Upon exiting the store, Kate loaded her brood into the enormous family vehicle and then politely posed with some adoring fans.
Just yesterday, Kate treated her twins Mady and Cara to a shopping spree at Old Navy to stock up on the latest trends for the school year.

For the first time, Kate will be sending all 8 of her children to school this year - as it is the sextuplets' first year being full-time students.
