The mother of 8 - who looked to be channeling the rocker-chick inside her - treated Cara and Mady to some brand new school clothes.
For the first time, Kate will be sending all 8 of her children to school this year - as it is the sextuplets' first year being full-time students.
Taking to her blog to express her emotions, Kate wrote, “I stand in awe, amazement and slight sadness at the thought of this (insert sad, nostalgic mummy music here please).”
